2003 TRAINING PROGRAMME

Building on the success of last years Technician Training program the following Courses have been arranged to help EBME Technicians bridge the gap between clinical and engineering. Following the courses you will be able to communicate with greater confidence with your clinical colleagues. They are also open to ODA's, ODP's and other trained staff who wish for a refresher or are returning to a Surgical or Critical Care environment.

11 Electro Surgery, and Patient Warming 25th May 2004 £10
12 Electrical Safety Testing 29th/30th June 2004 £10

The trainers are being provided by Datex-Ohmeda Academy UK, Tyco Healthcare, Keymed and Brighton Universities Schools of Healthcare Profession's. Many of the courses are RCN accredited for CDP.

  • The majority of courses will be held in the Eastbourne Post Graduate Centre.
  • Meeting at 09.30 for a 10:00 start, finishing at 16.30.
  • Lunch and refreshments are included for all courses
