The GE/Corometrics 250 series have a BP monitor built in, as it is expressly for foetal/maternal monitoring I would assume it is validated.

I've no detailed information on that one, I'm afraid. All I can suggest is to remove the main battery, and the coin cell ... and leave them both out for a while; over night, for example, and then try again in the morning.
