Only MTO3 + 2 discretionary points Roy? Why, the MTO3 vacancy at Macclesfield attracts all 3 discretionary points cool

Don't forget to check your wheel nuts before you drive home, Rob. I'm only half an hour away, remember !
I don't need to bribe people to come and work for me, anyway !
(There's a third share in a bar of Cadburys Fruit & Nut for anyone willing to apply - just as a little incentive. ) laugh

Living in Cheshire, I can't even afford to own a car never mind wheel nuts too.....

Talking of nuts: Fruit & Nut bar? You're going to need to offer a bigger incentive that that Roy. Just one more discretionary point at Macclesfield could buy hundreds of these per annum eek

Hi Mark E. - you asked for some figures ;-

MTO3 £17,831 to £20,859 in 4 steps

MTO3+2 £19,284 to £22,562 in 4 steps

What an offer !

If you are currently an MTO3 + 2 and at (or very close to) the top of the scale, then you would start at the top. Our personnel department apply the scale rules fairly tightly. Anyone below a 3 would start at the bottom.

If you like where you live, like where you work, are already an MTO3 and don't want to benefit from cheaper housing and a lower cost of living - then I can't think of a single reason !
