Yes you are entitled to RRP but don't get excited. Our RRP is calculated locally ie a big fat zilch! unless you require protection in which case rrp will be used instead to make up the difference between pre assimilation pay and AFC pay.
Any notion that RRP is some sort of additional payment is incorrect, unless your Trust decides not to make it £0.00!
AFC T&C explains all about RRP and how it should be some sort of supplementary payment which has nothing to do with "the pay a postholder receives by virtue of their pay band". Then read Annex R which allows what our Trust have done.
