Probably an error within our Trust, we were using a manual system during this period in Dec 04 through to April 05 I believe. One of the Engineers was a new starter in Dec 04 and their JD was submitted at a later date to the rest of the Department. I know it shouldn't occur but it has here! Currently we have 2 Engineers doing the same Job on 2 different pay scales at present.

That would be grounds for appeal on the basis that the matching process is a shamble. Two identical JD matched to different bands. No wonder national confidence is low.

Any news how your speech therapists did? As it was their legal challenge to the European courts for pay parity with pharmacists etc that started this.
