For those who are not on NHS contracts and do not like AfC remember you do not have to accept it. For those on NHS contracts who feel they do not want to be bound by AfC conditions may be it is time to have a word with your HR department about going on to a Trust contract thus leaving your options open to decide whather you will accept AfC or not.
But remember there may be disadvantages to staying on a Trust contract as well.
Now if those who benefit under AfC accept it and those who are likely to loose out do not accept it who will they rob to pay Paul(a)?
Will they then have to find the extra maoney?
