Our AFC have been completed with out RRP awarded.

Q1.Are there any Technicians who has received RRP?

Q2. And was it before or after AFC?

We had 10% pre AFC but it was adsorbed into post AFC pay. No national rrp as yet though I get £4.32rrp a month as pay protection.

I am an MTO 2 who has been matched on Band 4.
Obviously this means a drop in pay as I was at the top of MTO 2 pay scale.
Can anyone tell me if they have been given the Recruitment and Retention Premia payment.

This is tricky as AFC says that rrp's apply to "qualified" MTO's and some trusts are arguing this starts at MTO3. However no union has accepted this argument yet AFAIK and I would have said that qualified means not ATO or student. That said, what profile have they matched you to to get band 4? the only one I can find is "Medical Engineering Technician (Entry Level)" and if you've been doing the job long enough to reach the top of the scale then you shouldn't be at "entry level"
