What I say is what 'I' think..if I upset, offend or rile anyone with what I have to say, then, I make no apologies.

Dilly dally..not me.

Sometimes people get upset because of the way something is said rather than WHAT is said.

NONE of my comments are 'personal'.

I word some comments for 'better' impact.

Some aspects of 'the system' make me very frustrated..it is this frustration that I'm trying to get across.

Certain people in the system dilly dally, sit on the fence, empire build and are 'yes men'. It is these peoples that hold the NHS back...ooh, I could crush a grape.

I thought that I'd use a no.8 on this one..

Hang on - according to my list, no.8 is We've called the company and they said that they are sending the part first thing in the morning...
