Hi,

As Shrewsbury Medical appear to have vanished in a puff of smoke, can anyone supply me with a copy of the calibration eeprom and instructions for the SM3160 Ultrasound Therapy unit please?

We have the kit for the SM3280 combined unit...

I've tried phoning their number (shropshire) and the number in of Central Mequipment Ltd (Nottingham) who appear to have taken them over according to our stores system. Both lines feed to an identical anonumous answerphone message saying that someone will get back to you!

I have Supplies on the case and since discovered our cal eeprom for an SM3280 - so if all else fails, I may try that...

They have my ultrasound machine I sent for servicing..... anyone have any idea how to get that back?

Bad News! Evidently they are in administration.

As a former Shrewsbury Medical Engineer I am able to support -Service/Repair and calibrate all Shrewsbury Electrotherapy.
