This is published in our local newspaper today.

Responsibility:
Overseeing the maintenance programme for medical equipment as well as improvement projects for hospital services and facilities. Required to audit and monitor the performance standards of outsourced maintenance services rendered to the hospital.

Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Biomedical Engineering, Electronic or Electromechanical Engineering preferred,
Certificate in Fire Safety Officer or relevant experience is an added advantage.

The salary ranges from $23k - $69K (Sing Dollar) per annum depending on which grade you belong to.

Hi Tony,
You mean Bugis Street? Yes it is still around but activities there have been quite controlled compared to the 80's and 90's.

Generally with the standard of living here it is enough to cover all basic expenses. But if you hope to earn and send back home (depending on which country you are staying) it may not be attractive anymore (e.g., sending back to UK). The reverse is likely to be most welcomed as whatever you earn equate to 2.5 times more.
