Covidien have taken over Tyco. Ok, fine. BUT...

They witter on about their international links on their (US) website, but there seems to be no link to their companies in the UK. I want to write to the Quality Manager in the UK, but there is absolutely no information worth having on their website, unless you want to buy their shares...

Which are falling, so although I'm no expert, I'd say hold tight, and don't buy yet!

Does anyone happen to know the name and address for their Quality Manager? I need to know whether to write to the Bicester or the Gosport address.

I knew that it was one of those addresses, just thought that the Covidien website used to have the necessary info and it is weird not to include it now. It ought to acknowledge that Covidien exists in more than just Merka. Say it with a Deep South accent, it helps

Lots of the "US based" companies have international corporate web sites with contact details by form and give no phone numbers of just those of the European distributeors somewhere like Belgium.

What is wrong with the UK based arm of the company having its own web site? Or does the all powerful US heads for bid this......there is a world outside the USA guys.

It is so frustrating not being able to find a phone number and talking to a person.

Maybe, Robert, (like me) they just want a quiet life!

It is not what we want....and the customer is always right!
Still if I cannot contact them I can always contact someone else.
I think that is called a market economy.
