PVM 20M2MDE monitor failing Insulation resistance <20M Ohm.

Hi

If I remember rightly, there is a resistor which, after switch off, slowly discharges a large capacitor in the power supply. This causes the monitor to fail the insulation resistance test and was a known characteristic at the time of its availability.
The monitor has full MDD approval and EN-60601 certification.
