I'm sure that's what Neil meant as well ... owl's (as in ***'s).
But notice that (as so often is the case on here), the apostrophe is either incorrect, or else Neil has dropped a word off the end of his post. As in "quite a lot of young owl's feathers" (or whatever). Either way, it's low marks all round for spelling, grammar and (lack of) capitalisation, I'm afraid.
