Hello Guys,
i'm trin' to repair a Nellcor N550 because on it's display after the power-on procedures there's an error code: EEE 526.
On it's service manual the relative mean of this error is:
"SpO2 module not responded"

How do you think?
What's the problem and how can i sort out it?

first check you battery charge than switch mode. did you see output voltage = 14- 16 dc voltage
on switch mode

Not wanting to lead anybody up the garden path, but this fault is normally tied in with the spo2 board inside the case, its the small board with the spo2 front socket connected to it, normally this is the problem,I trust you have checked and proved thats its not the doc 10 lead or the probe first.

The doc 10 lead is ok and the probe too.
In only once time the error doesn't appear, but when i turned off the device and than turned on the error is still active.
What can i do?

Where can i buy spare parts of nellcor device other than nellcor official, because nellcor italy don't want give us spare parts...if you know other way to keep SP02 module of nellcor n550.
