It might be a good idea to have a forum specifically for US biomeds...

... as in:- why? smile

Biomeds Stateside are already the most "catered for" (in all respects) in the world, and surely already have many sites, assuming that all those old Bulletin Boards have now moved on to the next stage!

My own vote says that there are not (or at least should not be) any special cases. In general, biomed is biomed and some of us would prefer to support our brothers and sisters wherever they may be.

Put another way ... if we need special forums (sub-forums?) let them be for places like Africa (as an example).

What I would like to see, however, are links to similar sites (to this one) in the US. And anywhere and everywhere else, for that matter.

Think Global, guys. We're in the 21st Century now and we need to open doors across the world, rather than keep them closed. smile

Oh yes, that's what I should have said, of course. But improvising broken kit presupposes that the kit was ... er, broken! So where shall we say ... the UK? Yes, why not! smile

Sorry I brought it up...I just thought that this was a great web site and wouldn't mind having a specific US forum to network

Why would it make any difference though ?

The great thing about this site is you have people from all over the world trying to help out fellow "Brothers"
It really doesn't matter if your posting from the UK to china.. were all here to achieve the same goal and be that Private or public work.

Having separate forums for different area's of where we live would just neglect the people from less populated countries who still need as much help if not more then others.

Just my two "cents"

EBME forum for one and all smile
