I have problem with BBraun perfusor fm !I have service manual but I have problem with power supply!
Does anybody have schematic diagram for power supply how could I repair it?I

it should have one mosfet mostly it will get short .&check fuses on the board

i do not have schematic diagram and test points but we are doing chip level service all medical equipments .
u can get datasheet for the specific mosfet from www.AllDataSheet.com . find it and check (mosfet) properly .then connect the board and check the bridge rectifier o/p it should be around 325 vdc. if its there means feed back ckt problem check all the resisters for open condition one by one .

It is definitely problem with power supply!
The battery can not be charged and when I start device it shows me error 070!
Can somebody help me?

did you check capasitor capacitors? and can be cold soldered on transformer legs

if you got to purchase another one! make sure they are produced after august 2009, some part of Braun perfusor power supply had serios problem, braun changed the power adaptor supplier august 2009,

his is the old one perfusor!The problem is still there and still have not managed to solve it.We have two power supply and they have exact the same defect. Power supply is M635070101FB3 .We solve much more complicated cases but this is something impossible!
As I said before The battery can not be charged and when I start device,briefly display begins to light up and then goes out and shows the error.
When I put the third one on it it is running ok!
Definitely is problem in PS!
I changed all of the basic components-integrated circuit, capacitors etc. and still nothing!!!
I don`t have any idea but I am very persistent and is beginning to annoy me!

Any idea is welcome!
