We have 45 of these ventilators within our trust. We've been having numerous problems with BDU and GUI boards. Has anyone out there having similar problems as ourselves? We find the ventilator when working to be an excellent peice of equipment, however the suspect reliability is beging to damage ours and the users confidence.

We have few 840's ( 2year old .There are problem but not as much as yours it seems. How old is your systems. We have faced problems with the key panel in almost all the units.
How old is your systems? Could you please specify your problems?

Our ventilators are up to 4 years old. We have had no keypad problems. The boards have needed replacing due to error codes which point to board failure and also on some occasions the ventilator failing while in use.

Our Vents are 4>5years old only 2 board failures so far 1 on GUI 1 on BDU. Otherwise no worries
