Morning chaps!

I need help, can't find the answer on the internet, ruddy thing, it will never catch on this so called information highway and nobody dare call me a Luddite.

I have general specification details for the BZY88 zener diode, e.g. 400mW C15V= 15V.

What I need is the complete range of component characteristics, graphs/curves, etc. Temperature, voltage vaiations with load, etc., etc.

In the good old days we had the complete set of Mullard data books which depicted all of the components information. Has any nice buddy out there got what I need?

My dearest colleague, I appreciate that good old data sheets are a little hard to acquire in these times of e-commerce and the information highway etc. but one can not help but observe luddite behavior as one could easily set up ones diode and measure ones characteristics quite easily.

I think the BZY range was replaced by the BZX.
The BZX79C15 - RS stock no. 283744 , is close to it (500mW).

Of course Louis, you are entirely right, no excuses. I just wanted to use the information not produce it,(pull the trigger not design it).
