Its the internal 8.4V nicad battery which requires replacement.

can anyone help me about my airshield c450 error 006, the internal battery is ok. the LM7805 output(U3) is 14vdc. which is 5vdc must be the output supplied to the relay of heater, but the relay was not triggered, the relay is ok...
is theres something wrong with Q1(VN10KM)?...help me guys...\

As has already been mentioned, the problem is likely to be the battery (or something related to it). Have you tried replacing it?
