We have been given some Arcomed VP-5005's. Good pumps, of course - but not a whole lot of use without the drop sensors. The charity cannot really afford £ 160 apiece, so if anyone has any going spare ... well, that would be nice.
What would be even nicer would be if someone has the nous about how to disable (the need for) the drop sensors altogether (as can be done on another, similar, pump). I'm told it can't be done. Anyone ... ? OK ... the Charity can't use them as they are. We have substituted with Codan "Green Stream" VO-P's which, as many will be aware, are similar pumps in many respects. But I still need that Hardware Key (to disable the drop sensor, and re-calibrate the Arcomeds)!

Welcome to the forum, Peter.  Yes ... I'm still interested. It's the hardware key (or suitable facsimile thereof) that I'm after. As mentioned before, the request was made in consideration of equipment donated for charity.

Will Arcomed not help? This is for charity.... and the sooner the pumps go in to use the sooner their set sales increase.
