I am currently servicing one of these units and i need a transistor that is located at Q9. The only number that i see on the transistor is 6334, surface mount type. Any help would be appreciated.

Covidien market these in UK. I think most are on some sort of agreement combined with consumables purchase therefore they are repaired by the agent.

2N6334? 100 Volts 2 Amp SCR in a TO-39 can?
