There's nothing wrong with a bit of constructive criticism. In the Real World, that's how people learn (become stronger, and all the rest)!

Wise Man he say (mumble, whatever):- "show me a man who has never made a mistake ... and I'll show you a bloke who don't know much" (or something like that)!

I've done far too much Google searching on this topic, sometimes it's best to ask a human though. Google is only useful if you know what you are looking for and the keywords to filter out the noise.
I'm usually pretty good at hunting stuff down on the net but this one really stumped me.
Once again, I appreciate the time and effort to help me out.
