Hi

Can anyone help with a fresenius base intensive alarm issue, that causes the screen to frezze and has a continous alarm, in order to stop the alarm the battery has to be disconnected.
When all connected back up and switched back on , the unit worked fine, just wondering why it happened and is there a fix for it.

Thanks for your help.
Medic.

Hi All
If you have any problems with any Infusion Devices please contact me on 01928 533455.

In regards to the Base Intensive alarm, the Base carrys out a self check on switch on. If the Base detects any irregularities it will continuously alarm. To prevent the alarm you must hold down the on/off switch for around 15 seconds which will turn the Base off. Then switch the Base back on and ot will be fine!
