Hi all.

I´m searching this bed´s service manual, Because I have this model and the alarm rings "Service Required", and the operator manual just says "The service required flashes when the system detects a malfunction; refer to service manual"

If someone could share the manual, I would be grateful

Operator manual link:

My e-mail is aegnorwowmx@gmail.com

Thanks

Ok, check your email (manual also copied to Frank's workshop for future use).

No, actually, have hit a problem. The file is 29M (just under a 1000 pages) and it's crashing my pdf printer when I try to cut it up.

This may take a while...... frown

Dave

Thanks Dave

But the manual hasn't been sent yet, specifically the service required status show this

ID 80
Code 001
1 145
2 004
3 000
4 022

maybe it ´s easier put the problem that the bed have.

I prefer have the manual complete

Please Try send the manual now this mail, perhaps the problem is the capacity of the previous email aegnorwowmx@yahoo.com.mx

Thank you

To Quote the service manual, 'The service indicator when activated displays the detected failure as a network fault message coded into three groups. the fault code information can be accessed by simultaneously pressing the HEAD & KNEE LOCKOUT control. The fault code number is found by counting the number of flashes in each group, A 1 second delay separates each group the first flash indicates the module, the second group indicates the numerical fault code. the third group indicates the least significant number in the numerical fault code. After a 3 second delay the sequence starts again. i.e. 1-4-1 indicates Communication failure with RT_UCM, Check right UCM cabling.
From the above if you can give me the fault code I can give you the diagnosis. I cannot scan the file as it is over 1000 pages with diagrams.

Ok, I will try and send to those who have asked in the morning (Oz time, that's about 12 hours from now). It is a BIG file so it will come in 4 parts.

More soon.
