I understand that the above machine has been removed from production.
Due to trust restructering in the past we did not get a copy of the letter advicing of such.
Does anyone have a copy of such a letter that they can copy to me.
Im having a bit of a problem getting it from the present supplier of Engstrom products.

I was looking at this issue last week. We get our parts from Datex Ohmeda. Their technical support sent me a fax last week stating "The cut off date for support and service for the Erica is March 2oth 2008". I would be interested if you have heard different

Ive written to the C.E at the vendor to try to clear up why I keep getting different stories.
I only wrote this week so I will come back with any response.
Interesting to see you actually got a written reply though, thats what Ive been trying to get for a while.
Are you at liberty to say who gave the response ?
