In June I attended a training course on the Drager primus anaesthesia machine in Canada. No mention was made of software to calibrate/test the o2/gas bench.
Drager Canada are saying it is only available to their service reps as instructed bt Drager Germany. It is readily available in the USA - I believe it is the VISIA? - does anyone have it or heard of it?
hi steven, an older version of the visia-sw is part of the cd you can download from vipmedinc. but i guess this one will not work with the primus; just try it. regards marco
If its the service software you are talking about, draeger have to supply it. You can check the PGM (patient gas module, not sure if you refer to it as this?) and its functionality there.
do you have a current release of the service software? if so, can you please send it via email (terwilliger@gmx.net)? I only got an older version (9.5). Thanks a lot. regards marco
