Nothings wrong with Lab equipment Geoff it's just management. Usually they get something in their heads and call it specialist, while calling what someone else would call specialist mundane!

As being told Lab equipment wasn't specialist, although Geoff you do give a excellent example, I would be interested to hear why Tony's managers do.
