Are we the only ones seeing a lot of these with cracks around where the heated plate sticks up through the top panel? The rep (nice person) says she hasn't seen the issue anywhere else. Having said that a demo unit loaned to us recently arrived with the very beginings of a crack - which was gently pointed out. IMHO the cutout in the panel is too tight and cracks when the heated plate expands.
