Ventilators analyzers cannot, strictly speaking, perform all the tests of IEC 60601-1-2 correctly - the volume test accoording to the standard has to be made with lung simulators of the rigid conteiner type, and all analyzers that i know, when the have lung simulators, use the pneumatic type (springs) which are not fit for the tests. Anyway, they are made to be used in hospitals, which do not need the metrological accuracy needed in test houses - labs, for which the standard is made. So i think you can use safely any analyzer, if you pay attention to theses aspects. Also, take care with the tests of IEC 60601-2-12. A lot of them have to be adapted to work on a particular ventilator, this meaning that the analyzer alone won´t perform the tests, but it´ll need your knowledge of the ventilator and the test mechanics to perform it correctly.
