Is it anything like this? think

See if you can find anything useful on the earlier threads. smile

In fairness, maybe this one should get a mention as well.

That's a company that I had not heard of before. smile

It looks like they have a good range of stuff (batteries, cables, cuffs, leads, lamps, probes ... etc.).

Interesting too that they supply Datrend test equipment. think

Meanwhile (as I mentioned at an earlier thread), be sure to check out Ushio. I believe that it's always nice to source the OEM whenever possible!

Interesting! I shall keep an eye on that one (just out of interest).

Is that price* in the right ball-park for this "used" item, I wonder? think

If so, hopefully our friend Mr.Bosch will snap it up! smile

* Plus USD 40.70 UPS

PS: looking at the guy's other stuff, I notice that he is offering an old Bio-Tek QED-III at the same price. Also, did you notice the (Styker) SDC Pro? It seems to me that there is some good stuff laying there in his sheds at Burnsville, Minnesota and Elkin, North Carolina.

That lamp (those lamps) didn't sell, by the way. They have been re-listed. smile

I just had a look on the system for the part number 0220180300 and apparently Stryker in Philippines can still order the globes.

But its an obsolete part for the rest of the world. Very strange.

Hi, If you need the genuine lamp at a much cheaper price and in the UK then contact Professional Lamps UK. They supply most UK suppliers but can actually supply Hospitals Direct also!

hello all, im a little late to this thread, but regarding your info above... the Quantum 5000w was pulled by Stryker a while back, but if you had the time (or application) the lamp you are looking for is the Osram HTI 250W/22C which is still on common sale. You would just need to relamp the bracket and carefully cut and rewire the red wire (going through the hole on the bracket). You can see this has been done on the ebay listing above.

only other thing to add is to make sure you get the "C" version of this lamp as it is cabled and you will need the 4-pin connector. There are non cabled version allowed out in the world..

This one, I presume. smile

And the other views.

Do you have any information about that white sealant, Andy? Some sort of special heat-resistant stuff, no doubt.

thanks geoff, providing the cable is crimped on to the connection properly, any sort of heat resistant silicone sealant should work. I figure you guys are tripping over that sort of thing in your workshops...

Although the HTI is 250w, the temps on the osrams are fairly well dissipated forwards through the reflectors and ceramics. so the stress on any silicone isnt too bruatal.

Hello Bosch,

We list this lamp (complete with it's bracket), but don't stock it anymore, due to it's lack of popularity these days! I can get it though if you are still looking to source one? Please do not hesitate to contact me if you're interested.
