Hi all,

Has anyone had any problems with the carescape range of monitoring from GE.We are having major issues and I wonder if these issues are local or nationwide.

Batteries are the problem we see here with the stand alone carescape. They swell and it takes quite a while to get them out. Are you using massimo or nellcor as initially we had a a bad batch of masimo probes with the previous incarnation.(procare)

We are using nellcor and they seem to be okay. The battery problems of swelling this we do not have but Ge are sorting out issues with a sofwatre update,so hopefully this will be okay
