Does anyone have the service manual for the following US devices:

Philips sono diagnost 100LL
Siemans sonoline G20

As part of Amalthea Trust's work in Uganda, we are looking at taking one of the above (which are currently not working) from a hospital to the university, giving the students hand extra hand's on experience and the hospital a fixed (hopefully) US machine.
