I have a 2003 model Planmed Sophie Classic system which shows Error 43 while rotating the C-arm. The C-arm rotates in one direction only and there is no reverse movement. The C-arm is parked at the extreme position beyond 135 degrees with the error message. All the rotation limit sensors are working well, checked in service mode. Motor also is working including the rotation sensor.

Any suggestions/clues for a solution

Hi colleague
1. have you checked the rotation reference PCB and its mechanical activation system?
2. try the upright calibration
3. check the cables and connectors from the rear collector PCB
