Dear all,

Our hospital owns a Fuji FCR Capsula XL II system which is provided with the FCR Capsula Plus image processing software on the workstation. The workstation is also provided with the ImageWorks software for further image processing and archiving purposes.

Currently, we are experiencing a problem with viewing the images on the Capsula Plus "Today" and "All" search sections. Normally, we used to process an x-ray cassette, acquire the image, modify it, then save it. It would keep a copy on the Capsula Plus and a copy on the ImageWorks. Now, the copy is sent to ImageWorks but the copy on the "Today" and "All" sections on the Capsula Plus disappear.

Upon contacting our local Fujifilm representative, they said that there might not be enough space on the drive where the software is installed. However, there is more than 300GB space on the drive. After sending a technician who extracted the error log, they said that the problem is not apparent.

Has anyone experienced this problem before? If so, how can it be resolved?
