Hi,

Can anyone help?
I need to know the accuracy of the above device in measuring oxygen flow rates between 0 and 15 lpm.

According to our operator/service manual it is as follows:

FLOW:

Resolution|Gas |Range |Accuracy @21.1C
.01 lpm |O2,N2,Air |0 to 5 lpm |+2% reading or +/-2 digits
.1 lmp |O2,N2,Air,O2/N2|5 to 180 lpm|+1% reading or +/-1 digits
