Roy,
Looking at Eddie's job application pack for the 2 entry-level vacancies he has in his department it's apparent to me that the job specification and job description is pitched higher than my own as a Senior EBME Engineer (AfC JD). I assume that the job descriptions/specifications of Eddie and his colleagues have been pitched just right to get the grades that one would expect of experienced individuals. No doubt Eddie's department is going to be one that retains all its current staff and is able to take on new recruits with experience post AfC.
