Ascribe (Barwick) are pleased to announce the release of E-MAT v1.35

This new version includes:

Maintenance
  • When assigning equipment onto a contract the User will be warned if the equipment is already assigned to another contract.
  • Asset Detail values may now be associated with a New Equipment Number format.

Inventory
  • An Additional inventory filter is available for Technician Teams.
  • A new field ‘SW Version’ is available within the grid to display the software version numbers of any associated software.
  • When adding equipment if the User selects an Asset Detail which is associated with a Next Equipment Number format it will automatically generate an equipment number using this format.
  • When a User scraps an item of equipment a scrap template may be produced.

Service History
  • Service History reports for individual items will now display totals for:
    • Total Number of Jobs
    • Total Cost of Parts
    • Total PPM Labour Cost
    • Total Call-Out Labour Cost
    • Total Cost
    • Total Time / Total Estimated Time
    • Total Down Time
