Looks like an on-line auction to me. There are quite a few of these on the web now. Depending on whether you're a buyer or a seller, they can be quite interesting. The thing to do is to keep an eye on it, and note how much movement there is.
Personally, I prefer the cut and thrust (?) of a "live" auction (like the well-known one at Malmesbury)! But it's interesting to note that (like the other one just referred to), Jacksons' have a biomedical engineer "on the team"!
