We are seeking to recruit a Chief Technologist to lead a small team responsible for the maintenance of a wide range of Medical Equipment throughout the Borders, you will be expected to travel widely to deliver service needs.

The post requires both Electronic and Mechanical skills of a high standard as well as the ability to manage the Section. Responsibilities include the
organisation and implementation of PPM/Service Schedules, training and development of staff, procurement of services and materials and to liaise with and advise Senior Clinical Staff.

You must have good inter-personal and communication skills and be flexible in your approach to work.

You must possess an HNC in a related discipline and have relevant experience, preferably at supervisory level.
