Dynamic PFI Biomedical Manager required.

The position is based in South East London, and offers an Excellent remuneration/reward package.

TBS GB Telematic & Biomedical Services Limited is part of ITALTBS Europe’s leading provider of clinical engineering and endoscopy services.

Due to the imminent retirement of the current post holder a vacancy has arisen for the position of PFI Biomedical Manager at one of our most prestigious sites.

This is an extremely challenging role in a demanding environment. You will need to be self motivated and innovative. You will be required to demonstrate these qualities and your understanding and experience of managing a contract of this size.

The role;-
A highly commercial one which combines providing inspirational leadership and guidance to a team of highly qualified and motivated technicians with the management of a £1.5M contract.

Updating, agreeing and delivering the Business Plan Budget and managing the Quality System

Responding to the of the ever changing day-to-day support requirements of a large Acute NHS Trust hospital.

Liaising with the client, to board level, to secure the best interests of the company, partners and patients.

Ideally the candidate will have;-
A degree or HND in electronics with management experience and full membership of a relevant professional institute.

An excellent track record of success at management level working within an organisation of relevant size and standing in the field of biomedical service support.

A thorough understanding of the challenges facing an NHS PFI hospital as well as natural passion for improving the service delivered to the client/patients.

Proven experience in developing and delivering creative strategies to improve the client/patient experience and the ability to translate strategic thinking into operational reality.

A Hands on experience and approach.
