RECRUITING TWO POSITIONS

Two posts have arisen for technical positions at our city centre site. The Hospital is multi-speciality Foundation Trust and our department maintains a wide range of electro-medical devices.

Senior Medical Technical Officer

Band 6 (Electronics)

£24,103 - £32,365

The applicant must be qualified to HNC level in electronics or equivalent, and be able to work down to component level in electronic servicing.

Duties include participation in the planned preventative maintenance scheme, commissioning/decommissioning of medical devices, participation in stock control activities, & maintaining of service history records.
All applicants will be subject to full criminal record checks due to the duties of the post.

The successful applicant, after an appropriate familiarisation period, will be required to participate in the departments on call rota scheme.
