Today, E-MAT is helping Medical Physics' staff to efficiently and effectively manage over 7,000 items of medical equipment to the high standards demanded by Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust. Jointly developed by Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust and Barwick Systems, E-MAT has been described as "the definitive medical equipment management and traceability system".
The Midlands based Direct Care organisation have installed a version of E-MAT to control 41,000 items of equipment supplied to NHS clients.
