Yes; we can see the problem there. The PI display is very small.

But doesn't the Mindray monitor show a "?" indicator next to the SpO2 reading when PI is less than 0.3? Still a bit "out" I grant you (maybe below 1.0 would be better) - pity this cannot be adjusted (or can it?). There should also be a vertical bar indicator showing the pulsatile portion of the signal. Maybe these are just not clear (or large) enough.

The "?" indicates that re-positioning of the sensor is recommended, of course.

Otherwise, I would suggest that the only other "answer" might be (dare I say it):- Masimo.

Meanwhile, is Perfusion Index a "clinical observation" in its own right? I'm guessing that it could be.
