We are currently using Draeger JM-105 Jaundice meters for our community midwives. These units are not cheap, the last ones purchased were just under £4k each. I'm searching for alternatives to recommend to the staff, can anyone recommend an alternative brand for us to look at? Also, any info on on-going maintenance costs too if available.
