Is your extension 15076?
If so your nebuliser BME 2002-00361 appeared in Rotherham. It is a bit scruffy but probably OK. If you would like to make yourselves known and arrange collection you can have it back I'll keep it for 30 days and then make whatever arrangements.

Our labels have the dept tel no. and hospital address unless its somthing like the ms16.
