Hello.
CPD portfolio's are a pain in the

a#s*

!!!
Generally:
1. Any minutes from meetings you go too (hopefully you would have said something!)
2. Any advice you give to medical, clinical, technical, radiological, etc., staff should be written down and and dated. Send e-mails and try to get replies (even a thanks will do!).
3. Replies to other EBME website technical enquires.
4. Any incidents (RIDDOR) you comment on (get in in writing!).
5. Requesting clinical/ technical info. from suppliers, if you can show how you'll use it!
6. Management/ supervision of lower grade staff!
7. Any teaching, lectures written, documents you have contributed too.
8. Etc., etc, etc.
In short, be inventive, write every thing down and put it in your portfolio and treat it like a technical/ science report.
I don't mean to "teach you to suck eggs", but if you portfolio is to be assessed, remember presentation is half the battle: Contents page (all pages numbered), thanks, introduction, glossary (if required and a nice touch!), etc.
Good luck, but I still think CPD portfolio's are a pain in the

!!!
