Greetings, all. We are looking at the best and most foolproof way to measure bilirubin POC on a ward. Currently we have a Neo Bil monitor, but have problems with user errors. We're trialling trans-cutaneous checkers now, with varying results. Would anyone like to recommend (or advise me against!)a device? I've looked at the MHRA/PASA reports and done the usual internet search, I'm interested in any practical experiences people could pass on.

Many thanks, Moira

Try this company. I don't know if they have representation in the UK though.

I bet with those cartridges, the careside will probably be expensive to run.
