I expect that Roman has to make a trip out to the site to work on this unit, Tony. But (and here's another
general rule) I'm sure you will agree that it's always nice to first establish the
history of a fault like this (or any other, really). Questions like:-
1) How long ago did it stop working properly?
2) How did the fault occur (how was the unit being used at the time)?
3) Was there any (burning) smell ...
etc., etc.And, perhaps:-
1) Was it working OK before you (the user) spilled coffee down the back of it?
Also relevant where you guys are:-
1) Did the electricity fail during the use of the unit?
2) Was it OK just before that happened?
3) Was it raining at the time?
4) ...
etc.Very often, a bit of "gentle prompting" can save hours of fault finding time!
