Hi All We are having some problems with our Arctic Sun unit with regards to the cooling unit has failed and the company advise it requires to go back to the manufacturer in the USA. Have any of you had any experience with this unit you could pass on to me please?
We use this machine yes. Silly question i know but, have you asked them for a loan unit while it is bieng repaired? We dont own ours, we buy the consumables, so any probs we get back to the company for a replacement.
