As far as I'm aware, Siemens never issued circuit diagrams to hospital technicians - only block diagrams. I'm not even sure if they gave them to their field service guys, someone may correct me there.

It was the usual case of suspected failure - board change. So sorry , unable to help at component level.

I think you will find Brians right.
We had Servo 900D and did the full tech training. You didnt get any proper circuit diagrams.
In fact Siemens positively tried to sell you a nice metal case with one of every single part on the vent in it. Just swap and see approach.
Have you tried Maquet, they took over the medical equipment side in UK a while ago. If you are really lucky you may find an old service tech who can help.

Circuit diagrams did used to be available.
Field engineering had the full range of manuals available to them.
However, they are possibly going to be difficult to obtain nowadays.

As you are dealing with "Life support equipment" Companies never encourage component level repairs. Only board swaps.

Therefore they do not provide Schematics, 20 years ago you could get them.
